Terms of Service

PriceRadar is a price-comparison service. We monitor publicly listed prices from Nigeria's major online retailers and display them side-by-side so you can find the cheapest place to buy a given product. We also surface flight and hotel search through third-party travel partners.

We do not sell products, hold inventory, take payments, process orders, ship goods, or handle returns. Every transaction happens on the destination retailer's site, under their terms.

Some outbound links on PriceRadar are affiliate links. That means if you click through to a retailer or travel partner and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission from that party — at no extra cost to you. The price you pay is exactly the same as if you had visited the destination site directly.

Affiliate revenue is how we keep the lights on. It does not influence the ranking of retailers on a product page — the cheapest in-stock price always comes first, regardless of whether that retailer pays us a commission.

We refresh prices on a daily schedule, but Nigerian e-commerce prices can change at any moment (flash sales, FX adjustments, stock-outs). Prices on PriceRadar should be treated as a guide, not a binding quote.

Always verify the final price on the retailer's site before you check out. If the price on the retailer's page is different from what we show, the retailer's price is the one that counts.

PriceRadar is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We try hard to keep the data accurate, the site online, and the matches correct — but we make no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific product, price, or stock status is accurate at any given moment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PriceRadar is not liable for any loss, damage, or cost arising from (a) reliance on a price we displayed, (b) a transaction you made on a third-party retailer's site, or (c) the temporary unavailability of the service.

We link, the stores fulfill. If you have a problem with an order — wrong item, late delivery, refund, warranty — that dispute is between you and the retailer. PriceRadar cannot intervene in transactions we did not process and has no access to your order details.

Store names, store logos, product names, product images, brand names and brand logos shown on PriceRadar belong to their respective owners. They are used here for the limited purpose of identifying products and retailers in a comparison context (nominative fair use). No endorsement, sponsorship or partnership is implied unless explicitly stated.

The PriceRadar site design, code, written copy and the curated comparison dataset are © 2026 PriceRadar. Re-publishing our compiled data without permission is not allowed.

When using PriceRadar you agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or bulk-download the site or its API without written permission
• Send automated requests at a rate that degrades service for others
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or the internal /audit gate
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the site's code
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

We block IPs that abuse the service. Researchers and journalists wanting bulk access should email us first — we're usually happy to help.

PriceRadar integrates with third-party services for hosting, outbound retailer links, and travel search. Your interaction with each of those destination sites is governed by that site's own terms and privacy policy. PriceRadar is not affiliated with any retailer or travel partner unless explicitly stated.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from the use of PriceRadar will be brought before the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
